The Stewardship Classifier
A portfolio cannot be understood by counting activities alone. A student exchange programme and an international recruitment system may both exist, but they may carry very different weight in the institution's finances, staffing and identity. Intensity captures that difference.
The classifier applies the Revenue, Formation and Capacity typology and Stewardship Architecture developed in Societās's Two Internationalisations working paper.

Intensity Levels:
Active — Your institution runs this activity with ongoing funding and dedicated staff, but it is not a defining institutional priority.
Structural — A defining institutional driver; removing this activity would materially change the institution's identity, finances, or strategic position.
